Healthy Rewards
Taking care of your health today can help prevent health problems tomorrow.
Depending on your health plan and eligibility, you may have access to rewards or incentive programs for completing qualifying preventive healthcare activities.
Eligible activities may include services such as:
- Annual wellness visits
- Health risk assessments
- Flu vaccinations
- Mammograms
- Colorectal cancer screenings
- Diabetic eye exams
- Other recommended preventive screenings
Reward programs, eligible activities, reward amounts, and program rules are determined by each health plan and may change from year to year.
Members should contact their health plan directly to determine whether a Healthy Rewards or wellness incentive program is available and to confirm current eligibility and program requirements.
Completing recommended preventive care is important even when a reward is not available. Talk with your primary care physician about which screenings and preventive services are appropriate for you.
