Joining Buena Ventura Affiliated Physicians begins with selecting a participating health plan and choosing a primary care physician (PCP) who is affiliated with BVAP.
How to Get Started
- Review the health plans currently contracted with Buena Ventura Affiliated Physicians.
- Contact the health plan to confirm your eligibility and available benefits.
- Select a BVAP-affiliated primary care physician when enrolling or making a medical group selection.
- Confirm with your health plan that Buena Ventura Affiliated Physicians and your selected physician are shown as your assigned medical group and PCP.
Your health plan can assist you with enrollment, eligibility questions, PCP changes, and effective dates.
